“Leveraging and Linking the Power of Social Learning:  Transform your Organization with Collaborative Technologies“ by Tony Bingham, President & CEO of National ASTD

Today, the majority of learning within organizations is informal – often by asking other people how to do things. Social media provides an exciting way to facilitate, capture, and impact this informal learning with collaborative technologies. Tony will share current trends, Best Practices, case studies, and keys to effective implementation and management of social learning.

Tony Bingham leads National ASTD which supports 37,000 national members, and 130 chapters representing 15,000 members, and 20 international partners. He is the co-author of The New Social Learning and Presenting Learning and is a frequent speaker at ICE and other large conferences around the world.

As economic weakness continues, executives and entrepreneurs are re-thinking how work will get done in their organizations when the economy strengthens. What skills will be needed for the next generation of jobs? To compete in this decade, organizations must take stock now to identify current and future skills gaps and provide employees with the needed training.

Jason DeLeon leads Intrepid’s Client Services team and has 15+ years’ consulting and training experience in corporate, government, and not for profit arenas. Jason is a frequent speaker at leading industry conferences and universities and holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Training.
