About PNODN

PNODN is dedicated to the support and development of organizational development professionals. Our members are practitioners representing a range of professional roles in a wide variety of organizations.

PNODN is the Puget Sound affiliate of the National OD Network.  We are a Washington state 501 (c) 3, non-profit and volunteer-run organization with one paid contract employee who is our administrative coordinator.

The PNODN board of directors, committees and volunteers design and deliver most of its services. The core service provided to our members is delivered via monthly program meetings/workshops in which internal and external OD professionals present theory, techniques, and case studies from the practice of organization development.  A volunteer program committee manages this function.
