PNODN Board of Directors
PNODN Board members share the legal and fiduciary oversight duties of PNODN. Board members also volunteer their time on special projects and as committee liaisons.

Richard Beckerman, President
Richard has held executive positions in aviation museums for 17 years. He was Director of Operations at the Museum of Flight in Seattle for 10 years and then 6 years as Chief Operations Officer and Vice President of Operations. In 2007, he was the Interim Executive Director of the new Pacific Aviation Museum at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. He moved into full time consulting to museums and nonprofits at the end of 2007, providing technical, operational, planning, and organizational counseling. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, and a Masters of Science in Management from Antioch University Seattle.
Russell Wright, Vice President
Russell has over 25 years of Management Training and Organization Development experience. Before joining Argosy University, he trained and consulted for multiple organizations including the U.S. Navy, State Government of Utah, Motorola, Accenture, Shell Oil Company, Exxon, Chevron and Schlumberger. Russell has also spent 14 years in academia teaching, conducting research and consulting in areas such as Knowledge Management, Organization Effectiveness and Design, Business Strategy, and Entrepreneurship. Russell has taught in the graduate business programs of the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign, Group ESSEC in France, the University of Southern California, Pepperdine University and the University of Utah. Russell holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, a Masters of Organization Behavior (MOB) from Brigham Young University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brigham Young University.
Clayton Gridley, Secretary
Clayton has recently joined the PNODN Board and brings 20 years of Corporate and Nonprofit OD change consulting experience. As a recent PNODN Board Member, he is very excited about the board’s commitment to provide ongoing development experiences for our membership by bringing in new monthly programming and partnering with local universities with high quality OD Masters programs who are exploring ways to engage current students, alumni, and highly experienced OD practioners in learning communities.
The focus of his current consulting practice at Moore & Associates is to bring the best leadership development and organizational change practices to people, teams, and organizations. Clayton’s real passion is coaching leaders and creating employee engagement that aligns to support healthy and sustainable change.
Clayton has served in a variety of corporate leadership roles as VP of Learning and Development for MTV Networks, Management Development Consultant for Microsoft, and Regional HR Director for Viacom Cable. Prior to joining Moore & Associates Organizational Change and Transformation consultancy, Clayton had his own change consulting practice for 10 years focusing on team and organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and talent management.
Currently, Clayton is serving on the Pacific Northwest Organizational Development Network Board and a member of the Sound ConneXions Leadership Team which is a local network of Social Innovators and Entrepreneurs focused on community asset development.
Clayton received his Masters Degree in OD/Systems Change and Organizational Renewal from Antioch University. His previous post-graduate studies at Seattle University in Designing and Leading Emergent Change.
Will Wilcox, Treasurer
Will Wilcox's firm, PDP Northwest, is a research and training company
affiliated with Professional DynaMetric Programs, Inc. of Colorado
Springs. Will is an applied anthropologist with 25 years in market
analysis. He has worked with private companies from closely-held
startups to Fortune 100 firms as well as health care institutions,
nonprofits and government agencies. He approaches his client
engagements from a socio-cultural systems perspective. Will's current
work involves surveys, at all levels of organizations, using personal
strengths assessment tools to support coaching, communication and
team-building.
Rachel Lyn Rumson, Program Director
Rachel Lyn Rumson is a process improvement consultant and trainer with over 10 years of experience in a full range of organization and management development services. Her work emphasizes behavioral and cultural change, continuous performance improvement and systems learning about themselves.
Rachel Lyn's has worked with Seattle Childrens' Hospital, Starbucks Coffee Company and DeLorme Publishing. She holds a BA in Sociology from University of Southern Maine and is currently writing her thesis on regenerative systems.
Sonja Price, Past President
Sonja Price has over a decade of experience in software, multi-media production, and organization development. Her passions include change management, coaching, cognitive science, and documentary productions about technology, spirituality, and the effects of human interaction. Sonja earned a Masters in Applied Behavioral Science, Leadership & Organization Development from the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS) at Bastyr University, and holds a BFA from the University of New Mexico in Electronic Media. She currently works as an internal consultant with AT&T Mobility.
