Who we are

Pacific Northwest Organization Development Network is committed to ensuring Organization Development (OD) maintains a high standard of excellence and is central to continuous improvement, innovation and productivity. We want to ensure communities and organizations are effective, healthy, and sustainable.

Presentation Proposal Being Accepted!

The Pacific Northwest Organization Development Network (PNODN) offers a series of professional development workshops throughout the year.  The purpose of these workshops is to offer learning opportunities for OD professionals in a wide range of topic areas.  We invite you to submit a proposal for a two-hour or four-hour workshop.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for presentations that are relevant and exciting to external and internal Organization Development professionals, students, project managers, business leaders and change agents. Successful proposals will address today’s challenges with pragmatic, proven solutions - projects that are unique, innovative and results-focused will be given preference. Workshops are two or four hours in length and must include an experiential and/or member interaction component (we are OD). They are held on Friday afternoons starting at 1:00pm and we can be flexible in our scheduling.  Workshops are typically conducted at the Smart Building Center at 1200 12th Ave S, Seattle

Topics

We are interested in presenters and presentations that can speak on topics that include: Change, Change Case Studies, Transition, Metrics and Assessments in OD, OD and Technology, Leadership Development, International OD, Consulting, Systems Thinking, Business Literacy for OD, Culture Change, Mixed Interventions, Organizational Design, Diversity, Team Building/Development, Marketing OD Services, Collaboration, Coaching, Strategic Project Management, and Action Learning.

Are you hooked? Here’s what you need to do:

1. E-mail a short proposal (1-2 pages), include name of professional development workshop, a short description (150 words or less), and your bio (high res pic and 100 word or less bio) to president@pnodn.org

2. Expect to receive an acknowledgment from the Professional Development Director within 7-10 business days. Please make sure you include the description and bio as those are used by us to create an event.

Thanks for contributing to the success of PNODN!

Sincerely,

PNODN Board
