Program Overview

Keen Leadership is a holistic approach to developing leader effectiveness both in terms of team engagement and optimizing results. During the workshop participants learn how to leverage key leadership skills such as:

› Influence with or without authority

› Analyzing and adjusting for personalities

› Utilizing intrinsic motivation

› Enhancing engagement

All of this is integrated into a one-page strategy built by each participant for a real scenario that they need to lead in. Once learned, the one-page strategy sheet becomes a template for future leadership situations.

Audience: This workshop is reserved for people who want to experience and scout the program to see how it might fit in with their leadership development initiatives. Participation in this workshop also satisfies the first step in the certification process. (This workshop is not intended for external consultants.)
