Leaders, managers and coaches are asked to make tricky
decisions on an almost daily basis. Often we stand at ethical
crossroads wondering what is the best way forward: what values
and principles do we allow into our ethical frames to help us
make the best decisions possible?
This programme will challenge us individually and collectively to
move from an ethics of duty and obligation to an ethics of
responsibility and relationship.
