OD Network seeks proposals for Annual Conference in Atlanta, Georgia - due March 1

February 01, 2016 3:44 PM | Ann Baus (Administrator)

The 2016 OD Network Annual Conference, October 7-11, 2016 in Atlanta, Georgia, will feature the highest caliber of education for OD practitioners, and it all starts with you!

OD is ever-evolving, and it is with that in mind that the theme for this year’s conference is “The Business of OD: Positioning Ourselves for Continuous Impact.” Collectively, we will address questions such as “What is OD in today’s world?” at the conference and how the business of OD relates to and can incorporate social justice, diversity, community and a global perspective.

Your story and experience of being part of the evolution of OD will be invaluable to the conversation at conference.

Submit a proposal to present at the 2016 conference, and share your experiences and expertise with OD professionals – from consultants and inside OD practitioners to academics and researchers.

The Program Committee is looking for dynamic and engaging facilitators who not only bring their skills and experiences to the conference, but bring learnings to share with participants that are experiential, relatable, and transferable.
Facilitators will host sessions on topics relevant to the three main tracks: OD Fundamentals, Bringing our Profession to the Field: The Business of OD, and the Technology of OD, facilitate conversations and dialogue that deepen understanding of OD principles and practices, and engage participants with emerging perspectives in our field.

We are seeking diverse, innovative proposals from around the world. Learn more about each category on the proposal submissions page. Proposals will be accepted until Tuesday, March 1.

Don't miss your chance to share your experience with hundreds of OD professionals!
