Launching in 2016: The Welcome Group Program

The OD Network launched its NEW Welcome Group Program (WGP), serving new members and graduate/doctoral students in the OD Network on March 2nd. The first two cohorts filled quickly; don't miss the opportunity to participate in the next group. The program connects members to each other while exploring the Network, and was piloted in 2015 with high success. Participants meet virtually for three weeks (one 90 min session per week) to accomplish three tasks:

Identify their own professional needs (e.g., skills, learning, relationships);

Collaborate in exploring OD Network's available resources; and

Create peer-accountable action plans for getting the most out of their OD Network membership.
