OD Network Awards -

March 13, 2015 4:21 PM | Ann Baus (Administrator)

Who has inspired you? Who has influenced your practice? Who has stepped up and created ways for you to learn and grow?

This is your opportunity to recognize colleagues who have made a difference to you and the OD community.

Every year the OD Network honors people and organizations that, in the judgment of its members, have made significant contributions to the field of organization development. The OD Network publicly acknowledges and thanks the recipients of these awards at an event held during its annual conference.

Awards have been established in a number of separate categories, each recognizing extraordinary achievement, each representing a different facet of service to the field, and each assisting the OD Network, as a professional association, to serve the field of OD and its members by advancing the practice and theory of organization development.

The Network established these annual awards to fulfill several critical goals:

  • To recognize different, important foundational pillars of service to the field of organization development.
  • To honor those members of the OD community who have made a sustained, meaningful contribution to the OD Network.
  • To acknowledge alternative paths to excellence in applying theory to practice.
  • To promote more visibility, credibility, and influence for the field of OD around the world.
