OD Project Design and Evaluation Made Simple

Would you like to get your most critical projects off the ground faster and smoother? Would you like a common language to get all stakeholders on the same page? Would you like to get clear on success measures and evaluate the impact of your interventions?

If so, please join other progressive OD practitioners for a stimulating presentation on Monday, June 19. You’ll learn an innovative systems thinking approach that brings exceptional value to OD projects of all sizes and types.

The Logical Framework Approach (LFA) was first created to help USAID and the World Bank plan, implement, and evaluate diverse projects in their global portfolio.

Our presenter Terry Schmidt taught this approach to project teams throughout Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, then recognized that the concepts were needed by a broader audience. He is regarded as the leading expert on LFA applications, and wrote the book Strategic Project Management Made Simple, recently named one of the top 8 Project Management books on the market.

Come to learn how to design projects using best principles from management and science. Enjoy this stimulating session with plenty of practical take-away tips and tools.

Terry Schmidt has earned an international reputation as a management consultant, strategic thinker, and project catalyst. He brings over 30 years experience assisting corporations, governments, and research institutions in 42 countries worldwide.

Terry’s work focuses on turning complex strategies into executable projects which reach their goals. He popularized the Logical Framework Approach, a flexible system which permits rapid design of complex projects using principles drawn from strategic planning, project management, and the scientific method. He wrote Strategic Project Management Made Simple (Wiley), listed among the top 8 PM books on the market. (Bit.ly/Terry-170) The founder of ManagementPro.com, his clients include Apple, eBay, Symantec, Airbus, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Sony, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and the US Department of Energy.
