Structure Drives Behavior: How the physical environment can be a lever for organizational change, with Melissa Kelii and Lori Walker

How does the physical environment intersect with organizational development? The spaces in which we live, work and play are physical structures that drive the way we engage, behave and function at work; a manifestation of the organization’s culture. In this interactive session, Melissa Kelii and Lori Walker will bring what we are learning about space and its impact on performance, psychological safety, and the quality of relationships. Our learning objective will be to experience how OD practitioners can bring space strategies to bear on their work.

Melissa Kelii and Lori Walker collectively have over 60 years of experience as designers of space and incorporate OD methodologies in their design and consulting practices.
