Become a Project Super Hero with Terry Schmidt

All important goals are accomplished through projects, and every professional manages projects, whether they have the title or not. To be effective, we need more nimble, common-sense project planning and action tools to sharpen strategy, clarify success measures, get stakeholders on board early, reduce risk in advance, and ensure our hard work achieves a goal.

To thrive we must develop “strategic superpowers”, defined as the mindset and skillset to systematically turn promising ideas and fuzzy goals into successful projects.

Terry Schmidt has identified four cornerstone questions and developed an organizing framework to rapidly tackle issues of any type.  Use this framework to accomplish results faster by drawing on your internal “Project Super Hero powers.”

In this fast-paced session, you’ll learn specific techniques and a step-by-step process to successfully tackle problems, projects, issues, and opportunities of all types.
