Sharing Best Practices in Gaining New Clients

PNODN is building a supportive learning community of professionals seeking to make an impact in the greater Seattle community through use of various Organization Development practices.

PNODN Member, Chris Grivas, asked for some special sessions on how to get clients and will co-facilitate with me.

In this free session, please come prepared to share a story about your best experiences in discovering potential new clients. When picking a story about finding a new client, please try to think of one where you got the work through another means than word-of-mouth.

Using an Appreciative Inquiry approach, we will listen to people’s stories and identify successful practices.  Then each will reflect on -

  • What do we want to be sure we keep on doing?
  • What do we want to add to our current approaches (and what do we want to stop doing)?
  • What can we start doing in the next 30 days?

Come join us for a journey of supporting, discovery, sharing, and learning as we help each other navigate the difficult terrain of finding new work.

Come and join us!

Chris
