OD Toolkit Series - The Next Generation of Generational Thinking

Organizations are focusing on generational differences to avoid conflict, attract and retain the next generation of the workforce.  However, research demonstrates stereotyping generations may actually be hurting, not helping, multi-generational work groups.   This session focuses on re-framing generation generational differences as a diversity and inclusion issue by applying a systemic approach and lens to understand generational shifts.  The attendees can participate in an experiential workshop designed to apply the information into their own work groups and organizations.  At the end of the presentation, the participants will:

  • Understand the current approach to generational conflict, attraction and retaining the next generation of the workforce and the impact on organizations based on current research.
  • Identify the system shift and impact of past generations on current work environments to predict the needs of the current and future generations.
  • Leave with ideas on how to mobilize stakeholder groups to enrich diversity and inclusion programs as well as leadership development strategies for the next generation.

This training is limited to 25 participants. Sign up now to ensure your spot!
