OD Toolkit Series - Silo Busting

Learn how to break Silos!

Breaking silos at work is a difficult yet worthy objective that can and should be accomplished. I define a silo as any two departments that need to give and receive product, information, tools, services, and other items to and from each other who are struggling to do so and/or potentially behaving in ways that Gallup calls actively disengaged.

Most workgroups must interrelate with other workgroups for results. Those interactions often do not work well and sometimes cause work task disruption. However, these interactions can almost always be improved.

Come learn a straightforward, repeatable way to raise the issues and problems and implement solutions and structures to create better functioning organizations. Learn engagement structures that help your employees realize their full power to influence situations by stating what is needed to be successful and ensuring they are heard.

Through positive cross-group interactions and consistent follow-up you will improve results and break your silo!

At the end of this training, the participants will:

  • The core macro components to breaking Silos.
  • Several options to raise issue and create actions action.
  • The socio-technical components of Silo Busting.
  • How to create an implementation strategy for success.

This training is limited to 20 participants. Sign up now to ensure your spot!
