OD Toolkit Series - Pathways to Issue-Free Relationships
This training is postponed!
We will get back to you with dates by mid April!
In this three-hour workshop we will be talking about all relationships, personal and professional, and will be exploring ways to reduce or eliminate issues associated therewith. By “issue” I mean there is a problem with your or with me in the relationship, or I want something to be different from the way it is now. The curriculum introduces the notion that there are three core questions that must be addressed in order to establish and maintain issue-free relationships. As you might anticipate the questions are more about you than about others.
I acknowledge that quality relationships take work, most often over an extended period of time, and in the presence of good support. The workshop will be challenging and highly interactive. Participants will have the opportunity to refresh their perspectives about one or more of their key relationships.
While participants are welcome to attend this workshop in the presence of a significant other, I discourage such attendees from processing their specific relationship during the workshop. The curriculum and time frame are not designed to support such activity.
