Messaging to Win Clients: Taking Control of your Personal Brand

Bryan Rutberg

This session is online via Zoom Meeting

Your personal brand is the key to your success. For independent consultants and FTE OD professionals alike, the reputation you develop with your words and deeds is the key to winning trust and, for consultants, winning business at all. In a fast-paced, fun session, business communications expert Bryan Rutberg will help you build your winning personal brand statement. Identify key skills and capabilities, hone the art of telling great stories about your work and impact, and find the right ways to get your message communicated. When your message is clear and potential clients know what results you promise, it’s easy to find the right engagements that bring you, and your client, the success you want.
    About Your Presenter

Bryan Rutberg helps brands and people define themselves better to connect with their key audiences. His keynote, “Do Your Customers You Enough?,” regularly motivates sales, marketing, and customer support professionals, and his workshops on business communications skills teach productive tips and processes for message development, storytelling, public speaking, and business writing. In 20 years at HP, McKinsey & Company, and Microsoft, he built productive relationships with customers, partners, and within organizations, and in nine years of independent consulting he has worked with companies from startups to multi-billion-dollar firms across industries, and nonprofits, to win more business, increase customer lifetime value, and reduce customer and employee churn.
