Bryan Rutberg helps brands and people define themselves better to connect with their key audiences. In 20 years at HP, McKinsey & Company, and Microsoft, he built productive relationships with customers, partners, and within organizations, and in nine years of independent consulting he has worked with companies from startups to multi-billion-dollar firms across industries, and nonprofits, to win more business, increase customer lifetime value, and reduce customer and employee churn.
