OD Toolkit Series - From 3D to 2D: How To Lead High-Impact Virtual Team Meetings in Times of Change

This session is now live via Zoom Meeting!

Meetings can be time-wasting morale-killers, or productive motivation-boosters.  More than ever, teams need steady, skilled leaders to lead well-run meetings that support teams as they weather uncertainty and the shift to working online.

Through an interactive virtual workshop experience (breakout rooms, google docs) learn and develop your mindsets and practices that support productive and engaging virtual meetings -- all drawn from organization and human behavior science principles.

In this interactive session, you will:

  • Learn easy-to-implement techniques for engagement and productivity in Zoom meetings.

  • Understand how meetings can create more security even in the midst of uncertainty.

  • Understand how a “facilitative leadership mindset” creates an environment of positive adaptation during challenging times.

  • Learn about online meeting rituals and practices that contribute to a high-trust, continuous-improvement culture.
