Use of Self as a True Transformer: An Experience with Darya Funches, Ed.D

Special ODN Lifetime Achievement Award Presenter Darya Funches

Darya will do this session live via zoom meeting.

At a time when many human systems are challenged to redefine, restore, reinvent, or regenerate themselves─the knowledge, capacities, and capabilities to transform are in high demand. This makes transformation─the real thing─useful for all us, especially those who commit to helping others stay ahead of the waves of change.  In my work and research with people who lead or guide transformations for individuals, organizations and beyond, some key shared principles emerged.  The evening experience is based on a few of the principles used by true transformers, intended to help members of PNODN move forward during these tumultuous times:

  • Understand a few key principles of true transformers
  • Be aware of how these relate to you and your highest potential
  • Activate your potential, moving vision into reality

There is no better time for the caterpillar to become the butterfly.  There is no better time for the phoenix to rise from the ashes. True transformers recognize the destination and they know the journey.
