OD Toolkit Series -  Projects, Initiatives and Organization Development (OD) – How to use systems thinking to succeed!

Chris Crosby

Training will be conducted live via Zoom Meeting. Meeting details will be sent one day prior to the training.

This training is for all managers of projects, leaders, and those tasked with creating change or improving processes who want to align their organizations and effectively engage employees toward better outcomes.

Many people are trained and certified in various project or change management methods, but still, too large of a percentage of projects fail. As an internal Organization Development Manager, Chris Crosby worked on over 20 projects and initiatives over four years with one common denominator  they all succeeded!

The projects included –

  • A twenty location and seven country Oracle implementation
  • Six R&D projects
  • New Bottle Cap Machines
  • Plant Integrations and Mergers
  • Integrating Lean with change principles in a manufacturing plant

In this experiential workshop, we will go into depth on the systemic and socio-technical components of project success. Chris will introduce OD theories and tools that you can use immediately to improve your current project or initiative.

In this training participants will learn:

  • identify and assess systemic roles for a project,
  • pinpoint where and how to address any issues or challenges,
  • examine the socio-technical requirements for a successful project,
  • leave with actions to better align your organization to your project or initiative.

Please come with a current or recent project or initiative to analyze during the workshop.
