Trust Repair Strategies

Wendy Fraser

This session is online via Zoom Meeting

Trust permeates relationships. When there is trust within groups, information flows and issues can be resolved easier. However, working effectively as a team is incredibly challenging when groups experience a lack of trust. If left unaddressed it can seriously disrupt relationships and work systems. When this happens, the question arises:

Is it possible to repair trust?

Based on experience and research, the answer is yes! This session shares specific trust behaviors that can be used as a diagnostic instrument and a repair model that draws upon facets of OD. We will engage as a community of practitioners and explore repairing trust at the individual, interpersonal, group and organizational levels. Considering the pain the country is experience with racial injustice, this body of work can provide a strategy for healing.
