OD Toolkit Series - Alternative Ways to Reduce Stress: No One Size Fits All

Carlee Myers

This training will be conducted live via Zoom. The zoom meeting details will be sent out 24hr prior to the training.

As kids, we woke up excited and ready to conquer our days. We had unearned confidence that helped us through. The new adventures and challenges excited and invigorated us. Have you found yourself ready to slay any dragon that comes your way? Do you feel filled with energy and excitement when you wake up every day? If you haven’t, chances are you are stressed. As busy professionals, it can be tough to manage your stress with bills, bosses (or businesses!) and a myriad of other responsibilities in your life. You may feel like they've tried everything to manage your stress only to find yourself overwhelmed yet again. In this presentation, Carlee will teach exactly what you need to learn to manage stress and step out of overwhelm so you can find more joy in life.

Here is what you will learn:

  • What stress is and isn't.
  • Understand the symptoms of stress and how it appears in our daily lives.
  • Discover what can be triggering your stress and overwhelm.
  • Four simple steps you can use to significantly reduce stress.
