Unfrozen Organizations: Unfrozen Organizations: An Opportunity for Transformation…A Leap!

Special ODN Lifetime Achievement Award Presenters

Live via zoom meeting.

We have seen how the pandemic and Black Lives Matter has unfrozen organizations and led them to their current choice points—how much are organizations taking this opportunity to truly transform or trying to get back to the ways they were? How are organizations using this moment for strategic culture change and to have breakthroughs in their culture and how they work? Additionally, what is our role as OD consultants and professionals in working with organizations who have been unfrozen?

In this session we will…

  • Identify where your organization is on the continuum of creating systemic culture change.
  • Assess to what degree your organization is trying to be different versus getting back to the way they were.
  • Discuss what the pandemic and Black Lives Matter has uncovered and what our roles are when using ourselves as instruments and agents of change.
