FIRO (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation) not only helps to explain interpersonal relationships, but it is also used to understand the stages of team and organizational development.
In this interactive session, Ethan Schutz returns to PNODN to illustrate how this very simple theory can help you to:
