Annie Severson is an Organization Development and Change Management Consultant with the goal to build organizational capacity through the development of employees, teams, and leaders in areas of transformational leadership and organizational change management. Annie has 20+ years of experience in the public and private sectors as an accomplished leader, innovator, and change agent. She believes in a human-centered approach to transformational change. Her energy, enthusiasm, and thoughtfulness are her trademark skills when working with teams and leaders. Annie has her MSOD from Pepperdine University and an undergraduate degree in Business Management. She is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a Prosci® certified Train-the-Trainer and Change Management Practitioner, and an iEQ9 Certified Enneagram Coach. She is the founder of Chapman Bay Collective LLC, a Senior Change Advisor for Prosci, and a community member of A Human Workplace.
