About this event

The last couple of years have left many of us either exploring new career fields, wanting to reignite our professional development - or feeling a bit disconnected from our colleagues in the People and Culture business.

This special gathering of Western Washington’s people-focused professional associations (see below) is free and open to anyone currently or considering working in Talent or Organization Development, Human Resources or Coaching - and the many, many areas that fall into those areas.

Whether you want to build your network, learn more about these fields or get involved with an organization that can help you reach your professional goals, join us to learn more, have fun and talk with others doing the important and enriching work of developing people and improving the organizations in which they work.

Participating Organizations:

ATDps

The Puget Sound Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATDps) is a local association committed to talent development professionals in the Puget Sound area. We’re working to create a world that works better by empowering professionals to develop talent in the workplace.

ICF Washington

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) exists to lead the global advancement of the coaching profession, with a vision that coaching is an integral part of a thriving society. With more than 850 members, ICF Washington State is one of the top ten largest ICF chapters in the world. Since 2020, we have steadily invested in evolving processes and structures to embody our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

PNODN

The mission of the Pacific Northwest Organization Development Network is to connect, engage, and develop a thriving community of OD Practitioners and business leaders (Government, Non-Profit, and For Profit) to ensure our region is at its maximum capacity in terms of development of people and organization effectiveness. We work to grow and develop people in ways that support organizational health, resilience and business impact.

Seattle SHRM

Whether you are new to the HR field or have many years of experience, Seattle’s Society for Human Resource Management chapter is your local starting point for continuing education, networking, information, professional development, and continued support of excellence in Human Resources.
