OD Toolkit Series - The Art and Soul Of Unlocking Potential At Scale In Group Gatherings

Jon Berghoff

This training will be conducted live via Zoom. The zoom meeting details will be sent out prior to the training.

This presentation matters because the world is calling for a new way to coach, consult, train and lead that unlocks potential faster and more naturally. We're facing challenges like we've never faced before as a society and why teaching others about the XCHANGE Approach matters is because we believe it's one of the most effective ways to unlock higher levels of collaboration and intelligence.

What excites us most is the success we've seen our XCHANGE Community members have in their meetings, events and retreats. Their success is our success and the more people we introduce the XCHANGE Approach to the more individuals there are in the world unlocking potential.

At the end of the presentation, the participants will:

1. How to amplify learning by moving it from passive to active

2. How to create safety and belonging at scale in any group gathering

3. How to build deep connection between participants through intentional conversation design

        About Your Facilitator

Jon Berghoff is the creator of the XCHANGE Approach, and considered the Godfather of conversational choreography - a whole new way for coaches, consultants and facilitators to unlock potential in any group. He is called upon as a guide for companies like BMW and Facebook, and is the go facilitation expert for leaders of the largest training organizations, mastermind groups, and industry conferences around the globe.

Dr. Rick Milter, esteemed Leadership Professor at Johns Hopkins University, calls Jon “A once in a multi-generation innovator. What Elon Musk is to technological advancement, what Einstein was to scientific discovery - Jon is to the art and science of unlocking group potential, through facilitated interactions.” BMW referred to the XCHANGE Approach as “The group facilitation method of the future - right here now.” Organizations like Women President’s Organization, Keller Williams, Facebook, and Microsoft refer to the XCHANGE Approach as their method of choice, to unlock human potential in any group setting.
