OD Workshop Series - Emotional Resilience & Empathic Questioning: The Two Fundamentals of Engagement

Max Collette

This training will be conducted live via Zoom. The zoom meeting details will be sent out prior to the training.

Words can stay the same and emotions will provide the real meaning; what if we could create an emotional environment that improves relationships between couples, in groups, and ourselves? In this experiential session, we will be learning through visuals and experiential exercises like role plays in dyads, small group discussions, and awareness games. Using brain science, we’re going to learn how to deliberately and intentionally create a State Of Being (SOB) most appropriate for any given situation. And, we’ll practice Empathic Guessing Skills to make the best connection possible and build or improve relationships with others.

Learning Objectives:
1. You will know how to strengthen and clarify your EQ self-awareness, self-
management, social awareness, and relationship management with exercises
and worksheets.
2. You can gain confidence in, and know how to hone, your intuitive abilities
through questioning and empathic guessing practices (if you practice ;).
3. You will have the two bedrock fundamentals necessary for coaching, facilitation,
mediation, customer service and personal selling, teamwork, getting your kids to
do their chores, and more.
4. Through these practices, you can improve relationships and connections with
others in your life.
