This PNODN Community & Partner Gathering will be conducted live at the College Club, 11 E. Allison Street, Seattle.
At our core, PNODN is a community. We are brought together by our shared passion for helping people thrive and organizations achieve more by unleashing the human potential within them. And we know that we're not the only ones!
Join us at the College Club of Seattle on beautiful Lake Union as we meet in person for the first time in... well, forever! These three dynamic, people centered organizations - Association for Talent Development Puget Sound, ICF Washington and the Pacific Northwest Organization Development Network - know that pushing our field to the next level means collaboration and mutual growth.
ATD Puget Sound Chapter -Create a world that works better by empowering professionals to develop talent in the workplace. The Puget Sound Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATDps) is a local association committed to talent development professionals in the Puget Sound area. We are here for our members and the broader talent development community in the Puget Sound.
ICF Washington - ICF Washington State (formerly The Puget Sound Coaches Association) is a Charter Chapter of the International Coach Federation. We are also the premier coaching community in the greater Puget Sound region. As a coaching community, we are committed to service with excellence, leading for change and inspiring action with ease. We foster collaboration across our region within and among coaches, business enterprise, education and government.
COVID changed everything, and the ways we work will never be the same. It's up to us to define what work will be, and how we will keep humans healthy and centered in that work moving forward. Join us to be a part of defining what the 'new' world looks like.
This is not your typical networking event where you share your business cards and well-worn elevator pitch. This is about making authentic connections with people in our local community with whom you share this passion for people and fascination with the human dynamics of organizations.
