with Edie Seashore and colleagues: The Triple Impact Practitioners Program being offered in Seattle starting in October 2012. The program focuses on Eight Principles that support mastery of OD: Conscious Use of Self, Learning from Differences, The Power of Support Systems, Dialogic and Systemic Feedback, Win/Win Infinite Power Dynamics, Sound and Current Data, Systems Thinking and Empowering Self & Others. The specific 2013 dates are  May 20-21, June 10 -11.
