Are you truly maximizing your potential and helping others to do so in your OD practice? Creating the conditions that can enable people of all group identities - whether visible or not - to feel safe, appreciated, valued, and able to be authentic at work should be a fundamental aspect of OD practice. The practice of inclusion is essential to derive the benefits of diversity in groups and organizations, and to facilitate the best contributions from all their members.

In this interactive webinar we will explore and unpack the practice of inclusion. We will look at what it means for people to experience inclusion and the various values, policies, practices, and behaviors that can foster that experience, as well as how the different facets of inclusion connect in a systemic and dynamic process.
Participants can expect to get insights and approaches that will be useful to themselves and to their clients.
